What materials are used in your ceramic mugs?

Our ceramic mugs are crafted from high-quality stoneware, which is known for its durability and resistance to chipping. Each mug is hand-painted with non-toxic glazes that are safe for food use, ensuring that they are both functional and visually appealing.

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, all of our ceramic mugs are designed to be dishwasher and microwave safe. However, to maintain the vibrancy of the hand-painted designs, we recommend hand washing when possible and avoiding prolonged exposure to high heat in the microwave.

Can I customize my mug order?

Currently, we do not offer customization for our ceramic mugs. Each piece is uniquely crafted, and we focus on providing a diverse range of designs that cater to various tastes. However, we do offer a selection of colors and styles to choose from.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the items are in their original condition and unused. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, our ceramic mugs are packaged securely to ensure they arrive safely. You may consider adding a personal note if you are sending a gift directly to someone.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, to ensure your satisfaction with our products.
